Planning for swede

The swede we have decided to make is Mean Girls. Firstly, we watched the actual trailer of Mean Girls to get some ideas of what we could put into our swede. We came up with these ideas below:

• The group of mean girls are walking down the corridor being ott. (Later it will be edited into slow motion)
• Students in the school talking about one of the main characters 'Regina George'
• Regina George being carried around the college by boys
• All the mean girls being stereotypical popular girls.
• Footage of new girl walking into the college
• A bathroom scene where two girls are making a conversation out of the word "plastics"
• Bracelet scene where Regina George is fake towards new girl Katy

 

We also decided we needed to use some props to reinforce Mean Girls:

• Short skirts
• Pink clothing
• Lipstick/ Makeup

We also had a discussion what music would be used for our soundtrack and we decided we would use the song 'Milkshake' By Kelis. This song is in the film and we decided it would suit the swede perfectly.
